All deliveries are by the US Postal Service (USPS)

What is your return policy? 

Thank you for your purchase. I am proud of my work and take great care to provide quality at fair prices. 

 

The following information describes my return policy.

 

Wall plaques cannot be returned for refund or exchange. 

 

Custom items can be returned within 30 days if information is incorrect.  If the error is from the information you provided, a replacement will be charged at the full rate.  If the error is mine, the corrected item will be replaced at no cost to you. 

 

Returning the item will NOT be necessary for a replacement or refund.  Just contact me with your order or invoice number and an explanation of the problem.  I will check my records and respond as quickly as possible.
